Hotel Window Servicing
- JRM specialises in formulating and completing annual window safety servicing in the Hotel and Leisure industry.
Specialised Window Service to include:
- Internal channel clean
- Tighten all fixings
- Re fit loose seals and gaskets
- Check operation and adjust as necessary
- Full lubrication
- Any windows that require spare parts are locked of as required for guest safety.
- A full room by room report will then be issued detailing any components that need replacing and associated costs.
- All work is carried out cleanly and efficiently with little or no disruption to guests with typical timescales of 2 – 3 days to complete subject to access.
